An Invitation

The Collective

Something about the way we want to show up has changed.

We have arrived somewhere the old map doesn't cover.

We have walked through the fire of disillusionment, business exhaustion, identity shifts, and redirection. We have questioned the systems that were running us and found ourselves drained underneath the hope and the vision of our work.We have grieved and opened our hearts to reconnect to what our bodies need and what the world is asking for. What is emerging is older and more honest: the understanding that our healing, our creating, and our leading were never meant to happen in isolation. We are not looking for a new leader.
We are looking for each other.

The space
A simple and ancient practice.

The Collective is a circle where people carrying a vocation, art, work, or vision that matters to them and to the world sit together. No top-down coaching, no ideologies, no imposed frameworks - a space to land, unmask and connect back to what matters - surrounded by other humans. The Collective is not a business, it is a ritual-space to remember that our most honest, vital and beautiful work, happens at the pace of our humanity, not against it.Each circle will be gently stewarded by Mathilde, yet, the Collective is a space for us all as equals on the path.

What lives in the circle

○ Resonant conversation that opens something new○ Rest, silence and space○ Grief, loss, and the tender in-between○ What's emerging in your work & visions○ Creative questions looking for a field to land in○ Poetry, inspirations, soul-whispers that guide us on the path

You might be drawn here if
Something else is trying to emerge

○ You feel something different, new and old is emerging, and just desire a space to let yourself and your vocation unfold.○ You want to sit with peers, and have a space of trust and authenticity.○ You want to steward your work with care - without burning out, pressure or pulled from the old ways.○ You're curious what becomes possible when you stop performing and connect back to what matters now.

How we gather...

Twice a month, we sit together.Calls will be held online, for one hour / no recordings, no extra noise - just a time of sit, together.

Meet your facilitators

We are not above the circle.

Mathilde Froget

Space holder · Council facilitator · Somatic coach

Mathilde has spent years working with women leaders, healers & creatives through identity shifts, creative cycles, and the deepening of their purpose. She holds relational spaces where leadership is not performed but lived — helping women tend to their work at the pace of their own unfolding, rest in being held by others on their path, and return to the integrity of what they are here to create. As a space holder, council facilitator, and somatic coach, her work draws on ancestral wisdom and a lineage of women rooted in nature’s wisdom, humanistic psychology, and spiritual leadership. She is a certified Integrative Coach and Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Audrey Molnar

· Witness ·

Audrey has spent years building tech that helps people get out from behind their screens and back to living. She brings that same intention to The Collective — handling everything behind the scenes so the space itself never adds to the noise. She also comes with her own lived experience of grief, and is honored to hold space as a witness for others moving through growth, loss, transition, and the tender in-betweens.
